Payback Policy
We offer payback facility for readymade cloths. Customers have to inform their decision within 24 hours of receiving their product via email. However, payback or returning is not possible for stitching items as they are customized and all measurements will be done based on customers’ request. Payback is only possible when there is a mistake of size of colour that is different from customers’ order/request.
Note : Payback is not possible if the product on return is damaged.
